A single storey Victorian brick house with gable ended roof and side
verandah supported by timber posts in galvanised iron. Decorative
wrought iron cornices are attached to the verandah posts.
The rear of the house has until late 2005 been obscured by residences
along Sunnyholt Road. With the demolishing of these houses for a
planned transitway, much of the rear of the house is visible from
Sunnyholt Road.
