Probably built before 1920. Originally located at 984 Old Windsor Road,
Parklea. Due to the widening of Old Windsor road and development of
Glenwood, access is now from the rear onto Tenn-Darby Court.
A single storey brick building with pyramidal hipped roof in galvanised
iron and most unusual front entrance gable over one corner. The deep
verandahs on all sides are supported by timber columns on a brick
balustrade.
The front of the house (Old Windsor Road) is now almost totally
obscured by a high fence, with only the top of the roof visible. The
rear (now the front) of the house is visible from Tenn-Darby Court
(photograph to come). Private residence.
